COMPUTER SCIENCE APPLICATIONS One Semester
This course is designed to introduce students to computer applications and prepare them for the future by equipping them with technological skills to complete college work. Projects will utilize word processing, desktop publishing, spreadsheet management and slideshow presentation. Attaining success in these skills will prepare students for computer user certification at the proficiency level for these technological tools.

ADVANCED INFORMATION SYSTEMS One Semester
This course is designed to introduce students to repairs, upgrades, maintenance and networking of today's computer systems. Students will become proficient in installation of software and hardware for the stand-alone and networked computers. Students will do on-site service and repairs to school computers and help staff and teachers with computer problems.

MULTIMEDIA AND CREATIVE TECHNOLOGIES One Semester
This course examines mobile application design and development. Students will learn application development and topics will include memory management; user interface design; user interface building; input methods; data handling; network techniques and URL loading; and, finally, specifics such as GPS and motion sensing. Students are expected to work on a project that produces a professional-quality mobile application. Projects will be deployed in real-world applications. Course work will include project conception, design, implementation, and pilot testing of mobile phone software applications. The students will be introduced to the principles for graphic design and learn the element of movement, applying these two methods of creating animation.

COMPUTER GAME DEVELOPMENT One Semester
This course is designed to introduce students to creation, development and design of computer games. In the process, students learn the importance of planning, logical thinking, the physics of movement (human movement, vehicle acceleration, etc.) and end-user needs. Students will be exposed to computer concepts, graphic design, artificial intelligence and software engineering.
